*7/16" OSB Sheathing.

*3/8" OC Smart Siding.
*All Siding to Trim caulked, smoothed and painted.
*Over 240' of white 3½" trim.

Interior wall construction,
*3/8" plywood throughout (walls and ceiling).
*Bead board (1/4" thick) floor to 2' high (glued and nailed in place)
*Dry Erase board paneling (1/8" thick) 2' to 6' high (glued in place)

*GFCI Outlet protecting 2 outlets and 2 exterior lamps.
*2 Brass Carriage Lamps with fluorescent bulbs each side of doorway on exterior of playhouse.
