    As the playhouses are not permanently anchored to the ground they can be moved at any time and most cities view a playhouse as a temporary structure not requiring a building permit.  However, due to each municipality having different ordinances regarding the placement of playhouses we do recommend that you check your local zoning regulations and your homeowner's association prior to the ordering of a     Honey Bear Playhome or play structure.
